Weightstones for Sauerkrautpots made in Holland.
Weight stones are two semi-circle stones for holding vegetables in place during fermentation. They also provide the necessary pressure on the vegetables for fermentation.
The weights are placed on top to keep it below the brine.
Sizes Ø: 9 cm - 13cm - 15cm - 17cm - 21cm - 20cm - 24cm - 28cm.

Tip: after use clean the weighstones by boiling them for 10 minutes in water with a little bit vinegar. The weightstones are as new after that and ready for use next time.
